Wagga Business Chamber Leadership Program

Strong businesses are built on strong leadership. Designed for business owners, managers, supervisors, team leaders and emerging leaders, this practical program helps participants build the confidence, skills and strategies needed to lead people effectively and strengthen business performance.

Through a combination of leadership education and peer learning, participants will explore real workplace challenges while developing practical approaches to communication, accountability, team culture and employee engagement.
