Council is currently facilitating the development of a new Community Strategic Plan (CSP) which is the highest- level plan that a Council will prepare. Our CSP will be known as “Wagga Wagga 2050”. 

Together with the community, they will identify the:
•Long term vision,
•Aspirations, and
•Main priorities for the local government area. 

The plan will provide a roadmap of how this will be achieved. 

Council is keen to connect with as many different groups and individuals within our community to ensure that they create a plan reflective of what the community aspires to. 

This co-hosted Business Breakfast will include a short presentation from Christine Priest (Executive Manager Regional Activation – Projects) on how Council is currently engaging on the development of the Community Strategic Plan and it will be followed by a discussion amongst the group to gather feedback on what are the key priorities and areas of importance to those in attendance. 

The morning will also feature an economic update from Wagga Wagga City Council Economist, Andrew Stockman.
