Hear how Omnia's NDIS Tailored Supports and Inclusive Employment teams work together to create personalised pathways from skill development through to meaningful employment\, including support for young people preparing for life after school. The morning will also provide an opportunity to meet the Omnia team\, explore the site and discuss how local partnerships can help create more opportunities\, stronger referral pathways and better outcomes for people with disabilities. Come along for a light breakfast\, networking and an opportunity to learn more about inclusive employment in our community.Open to members and invited guests.
